The Creative Director at Southcrest is a full-time, exempt position offering Tier 2 benefits. Reporting to the Executive Pastor of Operations and Ministry Services, the Creative Director will create and implement vision, storytelling content, and communications for community and ministry engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy
- Develop and articulate creative vision for ministry projects and churchwide initiatives.
- Align all projects with the church’s mission and brand.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop the Communications Team, including roles like graphic designer and videographer.
- Work alongside the Communications Manager
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Quality and Brand Control
- Ensure all visual content is high-quality and consistent across all media.
- Maintain the church’s visual brand identity consistently across projects.
Cross-Ministry Support
- Provide creative resources to support the visual communication needs of all ministries.
Collaboration and Budget Management
- Collaborate with ministry teams and the Communications Manager.
- Track costs and manage the budget for ministry projects.
