What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED Care Coordinator/ Staffing Coordinator Mon-Thurs position at SouthCare Specialty Services, LLC?
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator with at least 2 years of healthcare and/or management/scheduling experience. We need someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.
Applicant must have:
- Valid Driver's License
- TB Skin Test within last year
- At least 2 years of healthcare/management and/or staffing and scheduling experience
- Clean criminal background
- Must pass a drug screening
Some of the Care Coordinator's responsibilities would include:
- Maintaining employee and client files
- Making and sending out schedules to staff weekly, as well as updating clients on any changes to schedule
- Handling the application and interview process
- Conducting all references, employment verifications, and screenings prior to hire
- Training new hires
- Managing caregivers
- Handling any and all call-outs and time off requests in a timely manner
Schedule would be Monday-Thursday 8a-4p. 30 hours a week.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
