Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed nursing staff and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents while helping maintain their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with transfers and daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and families
- Compassionate, caring, and patient-centered attitude
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
