Responsibilities
- Host live jewelry showcases with lively energy, guiding guests through product features and stories to spark interest and excitement
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized customer service that encourages interaction and sales
- Manage event flow smoothly, coordinating with team members to ensure seamless presentations and guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately during events, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain an energetic presence on stage or in front of the camera, utilizing public speaking skills to captivate audiences
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving any concerns or conflicts with tact and professionalism
- Assist in setup and breakdown of event stations, ensuring displays are attractive and organized at all times
Skills
