We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Southaven Kia. This position is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership, so a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Support the sales and service departments as needed
Schedule appointments and take messages accurately
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn dealership software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule
Part-time hours
Evenings and Saturdays may be required
