Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Departure
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, offering genuine hospitality aligned with Southall’s brand standards.
- Assist with unloading luggage, delivering items promptly to guest rooms, and ensuring safe handling at all times.
- Escort guests to their accommodations while providing a brief property orientation and answering questions.
- Coordinate with the Valet and Guest Services teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Retrieve luggage upon departure and assist with transportation or valet coordination.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Southall’s farm, culinary experiences, wellness offerings, and activities.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including shuttles, valet retrieval, and local area guidance.
- Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Valet, and Concierge teams to anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk areas.
- Support valet and transportation operations as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
