Position Summary: We’re looking for a dependable, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our club during our midday shift. In this role, you’ll help create a joyful first impression, guide members through their experience, and ensure operations at the front desk run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every member with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Check members in and assist with bookings (group fitness, pool lanes, pickleball, tennis, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and member questions with clarity, patience, and care
- Provide accurate information about memberships and assist with sign-ups
- Maintain an organized, polished, and inviting front desk space
- Maintain clean and stocked locker room
- Support other departments with light admin tasks to keep the club running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable, with a natural desire to help others
- Reliable and punctual, you’re someone people can count on
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor
- Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks; scheduling software experience is helpful
