What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance position at South Wedge Properties,LLC?
Local property management company seeking motivated individual to join our growing team. Skills needed include basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Must be able to diagnose and repair a wide variety of maintenance issues. Must be able to do renovation work such as basic plumbing and electrical, cabinet installation, vanities, toilets, flooring, painting, and drywall. Must have own reliable transportation and valid drivers license. We offer very competitive salary as well as paid mileage, paid time off, paid holidays. Position is full time, Monday through Friday with rotating on call.
