Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Orem, UT. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving customer issues, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and fostering a positive experience at every touchpoint. You'll play a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the smooth functioning of clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience through strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, maintaining and managing client records, and appointment coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with equine healthcare or a willingness to learn is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer management software or tools is an advantage
