Junior and Standard Production Foreman

Junior Production Foreman:

Entry-level leadership role responsible for assisting with crew management, production, and jobsite execution. Serves as the transition from painter to Production Foreman.

Standard Production Foreman:

Responsible for managing crew, production, quality, and jobsite execution. This role is the core driver of daily production performance

Core Responsibilities:

Junior Production Foreman: Assist in maintaining production pace and completing work on schedule. Perform quality work and follow standards. Support small crew leadership (1–4 painters). Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness. Communicate issues and ask questions early.

Standard Production Foreman: Manage daily jobsite production and crew performance Ensure work is completed on schedule Maintain quality standards and reduce rework Communicate with Superintendent and team.

Training and Development:

Junior Production Foreman: Focus on learning leadership and training skills. Practice teaching basic techniques. Accept coaching and feedback.

Standard Production Foreman: Train and develop crew members Improve crew efficiency and skill level Provide feedback and correction as needed

Ownership and Self Behavior:

Junior Production Foremen are expected to demonstrate personal accountability, professionalism, and coachability. Represent South Town Painting positively through attitude, effort, and willingness to improve. Take responsibility for personal performance and assigned tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Accept coaching and apply feedback consistently. Ask questions early instead of waiting or guessing. Focus on solutions and learning, not complaints.

Standard Production Foremen are expected to represent South Town Painting with professionalism, ownership, and consistency through their work, attitude, and behavior. This includes how they lead crews, communicate, and respond to direction and feedback. Take full responsibility for jobsite performance. Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
