Smart Phone and Computer Repair Technician
This individual will perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and computers. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, repair and or replace all devices as necessary.
- Perform IQC/OQC checks and follow SOP.
- Answering any questions the customer has about their repair.
- Promote our Asurion Home program by relaying the benefits of the program to the customer's needs.
- Assist store technicians as needed.
- Complete all trainings as required.
Qualifications:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
- Driver's License.
- US work authorization.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/Macs and game consoles.
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
