- Call: Shared call for trauma reconstruction

- Practice Setting: Hospital-employed plastic surgery position within a Level I
- Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary surgical team with practice development and marketing support
- EMR / Technology: Comprehensive electronic medical record system
- Provide trauma and reconstructive plastic surgery care, including complex free flap procedures
- Collaborate with trauma surgeons, surgical specialists, and advanced practice providers
- Manage inpatient and outpatient surgical care and call coverage responsibilities
- Document surgical care accurately using EMR
