Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative perioperative team. Key Responsibilities Anesthetic Management: Develop and execute tailored anesthesia plans, administering general, regional (including spinal and epidural), and local techniques. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments, reviewing medical histories and physiological parameters. Intraoperative Care: Continuously monitor vital signs, manage airway patency, and adjust anesthetic levels to ensure patient stability and comfort. Emergency Response: Utilize advanced airway and resuscitation protocols to respond swiftly to respiratory or cardiovascular emergencies. Collaboration & Documentation: Partner closely with the surgical team to maintain strict safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance, ensuring meticulous charting within the EHR system. Qualifications Licensure: Current, valid state licensure and active certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Clinical Expertise: Deep knowledge of advanced anesthesiology principles, pharmacology, physiology, and airway management. Critical Care Background: Demonstrated experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency response environments. Specialty Exposure: Experience with pediatric, geriatric, or obstetric anesthesia and advanced pain management is highly desirable. Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with modern EHR platforms (e.g., Epic) and hospital-specific infection prevention standards.
