Retail Sales Associate- The UPS Store ( South Tampa Logistics)
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer and identifying thier needs.
- Process shipments ( UPS,USPS, Amazon returns, etc) accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers on products and services, including packaging, printing, mailbox services and notary.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell services to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash,credit card transactions, ad daily POS operations responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment
- Assist with printing, copying, and finishing services
- Follow all company SOP's, including packing standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, high energy work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS system
- Ability to multi task and stay organized
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn shipping, printing, and business serviec operations
Preffered ( but not required)
- Notary Public( or willingness to become one)
- Experience with shipping, printing. or logistics services
- Spanish speaking
