Aqua Zumba Instructor Part-Time

$ $27.00 per hour
The Buck Recreation Center has immediate openings for established classes on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:00am-10:00am and Saturdays from 8:00am-9:00am.
The Lone Tree Recreation Center has immediate openings for an established class on Fridays from 9:30-10:30am.
Are you passionate about making fitness fun and enjoyable? We are seeking a highly motivated Aqua Zumba instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Our Fitness Instructors are responsible for designing, implementing and leading safe, effective and enjoyable group fitness classes to recreation center participants of various fitness levels. If you are personable, friendly, dedicated and passionate about fitness and changing lives - this role is for you
Our Ideal Candidate
- Will have prior experience in instruction of specific specialty.
- First Aid certification is preferred.
- Has an understanding and knowledge of exercise science, nutrition and wellness to promote fitness and educate participants.
- Ability to communicate effectively to establish and maintain working relationships with employees and the public.
- Will have knowledge of the principals and practices of fitness programming.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Graduation from high school or completion of GED.
- Current Aqua Zumba Fitness Certification and must be maintained through Continuing Education Credits (CEC's) as required.
- Possession of current certifications in CPR/AED required.

We serve residents in Bow Mar, Columbine Valley, Centennial west of I-25, Littleton, Lone Tree and Sheridan and unincorporated portions of Douglas, Jefferson and Arapahoe counties.
