Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Dial in espresso and maintain beverage quality throughout the day
- Prepare pastries and light food items
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support opening, closing, and daily café operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience preferred, SCA Certified a plus
- Experience with commercial espresso machines is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Weekend and morning or afternoon availability required
