South Shore Tree Removal Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer/CDL Required to join our Field Operations team.
This is not a passive labor role — this position plays a critical part in daily production. You will operate CDL-required vehicles to transport equipment and debris, support climbers and heavy equipment operators, and ensure job sites run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CDL-required commercial vehicles to transport equipment and debris
- Safely haul and dump materials in compliance with regulations
- Assist with tree removal and stump grinding operations
- Support climbers and equipment operators during active removals
- Load and unload tools, machinery, and debris efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and field procedures
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and breakdown
- Contribute to daily productivity goals and crew efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Required
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
- Tree service experience is a plus but not required. CDL certification is mandatory.
