Our Customer Relation Coordinator (BDC) Representative is the first person our customers speak whether it's online / Text messaging and or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience, or any other customer service/telephone contact experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering all incoming calls to the department and scheduling appointments
- Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership
- Making phone calls to customers after visiting the showroom to find out about their experience
- Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services via phone, email, text or chat.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Requirements:
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Must have a clear, articulate and pleasant speaking voice
- Must be dependable reporting to work every day on time.
- Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills a plus.
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule which will include evening and Saturday hours.
