As An AT&T Sales Representative, You Will Be
- Engaging with customers in person at their homes to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and industry best practices
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers
- Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner
- Gathering data and tracking sales to follow up with managers and the team on possible improvements to our sales techniques
- AT&T Sales Representative Requirements*:
- Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, communications, and/or leadership roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent customer relations
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage in interactions and clear communication with both customers and team members
