Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional experience. This role involves various tasks related to laundry services, cleaning, and assisting guests with their needs in a hotel environment.
Morning Shift: 9:00am-3:00pm
Evening Shift: 2:00pm-8:00pm
Evening shift Monday, Morning shift Tuesday and Wednesday available.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding of laundry.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
- Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry products.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
Skills
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cleaning skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing outstanding service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness within our establishment.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
