Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Shotcrete Nozzleman, a vital role dedicated to delivering high-quality shotcrete applications on civil infrastructure projects and high end commercial swimming pools. As a key player in the concrete construction and shotcrete operations, you will be a lead wet mix shotcrete nozzlemen on our shotcrete crew. Our crew participates in the setup and execution of their projects.
Duties
- Capable of shooting 50-60 yards over an 8 hour shift with a 2" wet mix shotcrete nozzle
- Work with the crew to setup jobs
- Follow safety regulations and protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and screed leveling to prepare surfaces for shotcrete application.
- Support asphalt paving activities by working with bituminous materials and ensuring proper placement according to project specifications.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to prevent downtime during critical phases of construction.
- Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation, concrete pumping, and site logistics to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on shotcrete construction projects
- 3 years preferred
- ACI certified yields higher pay range
- Mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and safety protocol adherence.
- Must be comfortable working well as a team
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes, rebar installation, and concrete pumping systems.
- Valid drivers license
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work on multiple tasks in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
