South Shore Family Practice is seeking a friendly, dependable, and quick‑thinking Front Desk Receptionist to support our busy, multi‑physician family medicine clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience while supporting the daily operations that keep our practice running smoothly.

Why This Role Matters & About the Role
In family medicine, the front desk is more than an administrative station — it’s the heartbeat of the patient experience. As the first person our patients see and the last person they speak with before leaving, you set the tone for their entire visit.
Your work ensures:
- Patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for
- Providers receive accurate information to deliver safe, efficient care
- The clinic runs smoothly, even on the busiest days
- Communication flows clearly between patients, nurses, and physicians
- Families trust our practice because every interaction feels organized and compassionate
If you take pride in being the person who keeps things moving, solves problems quickly, and creates calm in a busy environment, this role is essential — and deeply valued.
This full-time, long-term position is ideal for someone who enjoys being a steady, organized presence in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Hours may occasionally extend beyond closing time depending on provider schedules. Medical office experience is appreciated but not required — we value strong communication, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. There is room to grow into advanced administrative tasks, for those eager to expand their skills.
