About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients.

This is a key role in our firm. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional client experience, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule client meetings and manage the firm calendar
  • Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, professional office environment
  • Maintain front desk organization and client materials
  • Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours
  • Communicate clearly with team members regarding client matters and scheduling

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with client intake process, including forms and initial information gathering
  • Prepare standard client engagement letters and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate communication between clients and attorneys
  • Process client payments and assist with engagement workflows
  • Provide light administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
