About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
This is a key role in our firm. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional client experience, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule client meetings and manage the firm calendar
- Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, professional office environment
- Maintain front desk organization and client materials
- Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding client matters and scheduling

Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with client intake process, including forms and initial information gathering
- Prepare standard client engagement letters and onboarding materials
- Coordinate communication between clients and attorneys
- Process client payments and assist with engagement workflows
- Provide light administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed

- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
