Job Requirements:
The Custodian is required to work a part-time, short term schedule as directed by the Maintenance Director. Custodian must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less. Must have a vehicle and a current driver’s license.
Reports to: Maintenance Director
Job Requirements:
- Secure and lock facilities according to schedule.
- Clean as directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Remove light snow fall from the walkways and stairs and apply ice melt as neede
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms and replenish supplies as directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Respond to student or staff events that require clean up and sanitation as needed.
- Check and replace fluorescent and exit light bulbs as needed.
- Dry mop corridors and classrooms daily as needed.
- Vacuum or shampoo carpeted surfaces daily, or as directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Strip and re-wax floors as directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Cover for absent members of the custodial team when directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Director.
