Parts CounterPerson

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Process parts orders, including locating and ordering parts from suppliers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized
• Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
• Work closely with the service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide customers with the best options
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
