Job Description:
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer payments and manage cash handling duties.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding the work performed or additional services offered.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including repair orders and parts invoices.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
