SUMMARY
The Treasury Management Specialist serves as a resource to the Treasury Management Department by providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the bank's business customers and Bank personnel. Performs customer setups on the system, reviews and maintains customer files, monitors product usage and system operations, and resolves problems within given authority. Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations and prepares reports and participates in special department projects. Assists Deposit Operations as needed.
SUCCESS MEASURES
Successful candidates will have knowledge and service experience with digital banking and electronic payment systems and be able to effectively communicate with commercial clients. Candidates will also demonstrate knowledge of the rules and regulations governing payment processing, including but not limited to Regulation E, OFAC, and NACHA Operating Rules.

Pay Range Disclosure (Massachusetts Requirement)
The pay range for this position is $26.00 to $32.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest hourly rate Dedham Savings in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The Bank may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the posted range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

- Demonstrating mastery of product and technical knowledge related to Treasury Management products and services.
Successful candidates will have knowledge and service experience with digital banking and electronic payment systems and be able to effectively communicate with commercial clients. Candidates will also demonstrate knowledge of the rules and regulations governing payment processing, including but not limited to Regulation E, OFAC, and NACHA Operating Rules.
- Provide support and training to business clients to fulfill needs and solve problems related to Treasury Management products, deposit accounts and general requests.
- Set-up products and services on Business Online Banking after performing a review of accuracy and completeness according to policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating a high level of proficiency with South Shore Bank’s digital technology offerings including but not limited to Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Originations, Wires, Positive Pay and Mobile Banking.
- Process monthly Account Analysis statements for Treasury Management clients.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing assessment of operational policy and procedures, adjusting as needed in response to operational or regulatory changes.
- Proficiently trouble shooting technical issues to include various file formats, browser, and firewall changes, etc.
- Preparing and organizing required reports on a scheduled basis.
- Providing back up to Treasury Management Team as needed.
- Review maintenance reports and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Assists Treasury Management on special projects including the implementation of any product and services.
- Adhere to the Bank’s privacy and data security policies including but not limited to safeguarding of sensitive information and complying with relevant regulations to protect non-public information. Daily review and monitoring of services including Positive Pay, BOB enrollments and ACH Returns.
- Complete all internal Bank training as assigned and required.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of experience working with and understanding the needs of business clients.
- Knowledge of bank operations and Treasury Management products including but not limited to Business Online Banking, RDC, ACH, Wires services.
- Proven strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the Bank's products and services
- Experience performing advanced level digital banking activities to include system administration, working in an expert capacity, implementing new digital services, and facilitating system upgrades.
- Demonstrated success at being self-directed with independent ability to translate assignments into plans and actions.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill, including ability to organize and present ideas and information in a simple, concise, and unambiguous manner.
