Errand Runner

This role is an on-demand for hire service. The role is on an ongoing basis with repeat clients. This is an independent contractor or freelancer role similar to Instacart/Doordash.

Overview:

Errand Runner Role: Helping Seniors and Families with everyday tasks and chores. Providing personal assistance with shopping, deliveries, returns, pickups, appointment scheduling, and household errands.

Duties:

· Plan and complete errands efficiently according to client instructions

· Pickup and deliver groceries, online store orders, and pharmacy orders

· Return online orders including Amazon returns, exchange orders at stores

· Mail letters, packages, documents and collect package deliveries

· Assist with scheduling and booking appointments and tickets

· Collect event and movie tickets and deliver tickets in advanced

· Drop off items to recycling center and to donation centers

· Stock items, remove expired items, and maintain storage areas

Requirements:

· Have a flexible schedule based on client needs and availability

· Able to lift and fit shopping bags, boxes, and garden supplies

· Able to accept digital payment platforms like Venmo

· All required driving documents registered with clean record

· Follow all traffic, parking, and drop off laws and safety protocols

· Communicate effectively and respond to clients about request details
