Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Principal, evaluate, prepare, update and maintain manual and automated scholastic records and reports for District high school students; provide students, schools, alumni and others with official or unofficial transcripts; evaluate transcripts of incoming students; monitor student records, identifying graduation deficiencies and eligibilities; operate and maintain assigned computerized student information database.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED and three years of responsible clerical experience, including one year of maintaining automated records.
