Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director-Facilities, perform journey-level mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of District heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED supplemented by completion of an approved apprenticeship program in HVAC and two years journey-level HVAC experience. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C driver’s license. Valid EPA Refrigerant certificate.
