Job Description
South Pointe Business Park is looking for a Cashier/Food Service Worker.
The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods of time and have at least one (1) year of experience working as a cashier in a fast-paced environment and has the required math skills to make correct change without having overages or shortages.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels of items at the cashier station and inform management of any shortages.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cashier station and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Support: Assist with restocking items and supporting other cafeteria staff as needed.
