Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves building, maintaining, and caring for landscapes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Experience is not required but we will pay more for experienced candidates.
Duties
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping activities.
- Conduct routine mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and planting.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of outdoor spaces.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required.
