Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our senior care community with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of a long-term care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assisted living, memory care, and dementia care services. Your leadership will foster a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents while managing staff, compliance, and financial performance. Duties
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the facility, including supervision of staff and management of daily activities
- Oversee development and implementation of personalized care plans for residents, including Alzheimer's and dementia care programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to long-term care, assisted living, and home & community care standards
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency
- Supervise nursing staff responsible for medication administration and health monitoring
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity, safety, and well-being through active engagement in social work and resident activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services such as nursing, social work, and therapy to enhance resident quality of life
- Lead efforts in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team dedicated to excellence in senior care
- Oversee operations related to group home settings or retirement homes as applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nursing home management or long-term care administration with demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing homes and senior living communities
- Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and resource management capabilities
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations
- Supervisory experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff and social workers
- Exceptional communication skills to engage residents’ families, staff members, and healthcare providers effectively

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
