- Ability to conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Proficiency in providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- State licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or other relevant certification
- Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus
