Shift Lead – South Philly Steaks
We’re looking for a solid Shift Lead to join our crew at South Philly Steaks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, quick service spot — not a “stand around and supervise” job. You’ll be right in the mix with the team making sure everything runs smooth and customers leave happy.
We’re growing fast around the Orlando area, so there’s real opportunity here to move up if you’re someone who shows up, works hard, and takes ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the shift and keeping everything moving efficiently
- Jumping in wherever needed — register, grill, prep, dishes, etc.
- Leading the team and setting the tone (energy, hustle, good vibes)
- Making sure food comes out right and consistent every time
- Helping train new team members and keeping everyone on track
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Handling customer questions or issues and turning them into good experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to do all roles
- Organized and able to stay on top of tasks during busy shifts
- Good with people — both customers and team members
- Leadership mindset (even if you’re still learning)
- Experience in food service is a plus, but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
