WE ARE HIRING!
We are growing & interested in hiring an additional Pet Care Professional for our South Paw family! We're searching for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide excellent pet care.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE CONSIDERATION:
*Minimum age- 18 yrs
*Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
*Non-smoker with good communication and customer service skills. The available position is part time with shifts to include early mornings, mid to late afternoons, weekends and holidays.
School breaks and holidays are our busiest times. CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO
WORK THESE TIMES. References and contact information are required. Competitive pay.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Pet bathing, feeding, providing medications, assisting the groomers, and providing one on one activity sessions with boarding pets.
*Maintain the cleanliness of the facility including pet accommodations, office/grooming area, and outside play/exercise areas
*phone calls, communicating with customers, taking reservations, general office tasks and giving facility tours when needed, checking in pets for boarding and grooming services
Requirements:
*MUST LOVE DOGS & CATS! We love our fur baby guests and you should too.
*Previous experience is not required but hard work is.
*Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs. & ability to handle all different dog breeds and cats
*Must consent to a drug test if needed before or during employment.
