What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Mechanic position at South Panola Transportation Department?
Able to diagnose, adjust, repair, maintain and overhaul buses and trucks, or any type of diesel engines. Includes mechanics working primarily with automobile or diesel engines. Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver's license with a passenger and school bus endorsement.
