Full-Time Customer Service Representative
South Ottumwa Savings Bank in Ottumwa, Iowa is Hiring Customer Service Representative at our Church Street location in Ottumwa, Iowa
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible performing accurate and courteous handling of customer account transactions, including but not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, funds transfers, check cashing, change orders and processing night deposits; making referrals of customers and prospective customers to other departments for additional products and services; balancing cash drawer; loading ATM's; and ensuring compliance with applicable Bank regulations and procedures in the process of transacting business while striving to provide efficient, professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Requirements:
This candidate must be able to work a flexible Monday-Friday daytime schedule and approx. 2 scheduled Saturday mornings per month. This is an hourly position, based on a 40-hour work week with occasional paid overtime. Must be willing to participate in periodic Bank-sponsored and community events and organizations.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background screening, including a credit and criminal check, and have authorization to work in the U.S. per the government's E-Verify system. Previous cash handling and customer service experience as well as reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Excellent communication and organization skills. Computer and general math aptitude required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
