In accordance with facility policies and procedures, provides clinical assessments of and quality direct care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and DON. Our RN supervisors provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on the resident care team.

Full Time Days & Eves (8 hours) - $7500 SIGN ON BONUS
PT Days & Eves (8hours)
FT Day/Eve WW (7a-11p Sa/Su)
About the Role
As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you'll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands-on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
- Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
- Serves as charge nurses when assigned
- Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
- Attends all required educational activities and meetings. Documents care per policy requirements.
- Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
- Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we'll train the right candidate
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
