What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Aide/Exercise Specialist position at South Mountain Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy aide/technician/exercise specialist wanted for Physical Therapy clinic (Therapist owned/not corporate).
THIS IS NOT A SUMMER ONLY POSITION
Part time (approx. 25 hours per week) - hours can vary, and are open for discussion: bring patients back to treatment area, prepare equipment and treatment tables, clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen, run laundry, oversee basic exercises, liaising between patients and therapists, and answer phones as needed. Excellent position for someone in high school interested in the physical therapy/athletic training field or someone currently studying to become a Physical Therapist or PTA or a studying for a degree in exercise science. No experience necessary; we will train!
If you are leaving the area in August for school, this position is not for you. We need someone beyond the summer!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
