Warehouse Worker - Cooler: Fillmore, Utah

Main Responsibilities

• Receives the product from the Harvesting department.
• Stack boxes to protect the integrity of the product during transport.
• Counting materials and product when requested.
• Rotating product to ensure freshness and to reduce spoilage.
• Rotation of wire racks in the cooler for maximum quality
• Palletizing the mushrooms, staging orders and grading of the mushrooms
• Facilitating movement of product from receiving to shipping by way of packing.
• Ensure product moves rapidly and efficiently through the packing line, while at the same time, ensuring the quality of the product, packaging, wrapping, and labeling.
• Warehouse duties include maintaining clean, free of debris the area of the warehouse and the cooler, sweeping and emptying the trash as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with battery operations and charging procedures.
• Familiarity with Warehouse operations; within the food storage industry is a plus
• This position entails some bending, reaching, grasping, walking, carrying, variable temperatures, cool temperatures and prolonged standing. 
• Ability to communicate with Supervisors and Managers.
