As a Freezer Production Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations in our freezer department. 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Start up, operate, defrost, and shut down equipment in the freezer production line.
- Weigh, dump, and move mushroom products as directed.
- Complete equipment and food safety checks.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor in cold storage (30–34°F) for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
- Valid forklift and electric pallet jack operator's license a plus
- Ability to work in cold environments and lift/move 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
