Job Description
- Report any maintenance issues on the vehicle for correction.
- Ensure the truck is fueled regularly.
- Maintain a safe driving record.
- Follow all DOT Regulations (Including Medical Card Renewals)
- Must be able to drive professionally and deliver freight in a timely manner according to dispatch’s requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance.
- Assist with Maintenance Clean up on Trailers as requested
- Must be able to professionally drive a tractor trailer.
- Flexibility in schedules of drop off and pick up of products to and from customer sites.
- Ability to back up truck / tractor trailer into dock area.
- Ability to read and write English to understand customer orders.
- Able to work Monday Thru Friday, with some Saturdays (As Requested)
- Ability to complete ELD (electronic Log Device)
