The South Lawrence East is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and highly collaborative educator to join our Elementary Specialized Learning Program. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to serving students with diverse learning needs and brings a strong belief in every child’s ability to grow, achieve, and thrive within an inclusive and supportive school community.
This educator will provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned to students’ IEP goals, while also supporting access to grade-level standards. They will design and implement structured, evidence-based interventions in both academic and social-emotional domains, and use ongoing data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
The successful candidate is a strong team player who works closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure cohesive, student-centered support. They demonstrate flexibility, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset, and are skilled at creating a structured, predictable, and nurturing learning environment.
