Overview
We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized individual to support a new and growing location of our medical spa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, works well independently, and is motivated by helping a business grow within a new community.
Schedule & Work Environment
- 1–2 days per week in-spa
- Front desk reception and on-site operational support
- 1–2 days per week in the community
- Representing the spa at local events such as farmer's markets, pop-ups, and lunch & learns
- 3–4 days per week total
- Weekend availability required, though not every weekend
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the location expands
Duties
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients, both in person and by phone
- Manage scheduling, client check-ins, and day-to-day front desk operations
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized front-of-house environment
- Represent the spa at community outreach events and local partnerships
- Assist with building brand awareness and fostering relationships in the surrounding area
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities on-site
- Confident engaging with the public and representing a professional brand
- Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred
