Physical Therapist – Subacute Rehab (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of post-acute patients
Develop individualized care plans and measurable goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
