What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner (Full Time & Part Time) - Gilbert position at South Jordan Property Services?
We are hiring full and part-time house cleaners in the Gilbert and Mesa area. Many of our cleaners make more than $25 per hour, including tips and bonuses. We also allow you to set your own schedule and work only when and where you want to work.
When you work for us, you will set your availability through our app and clock in and out right from your phone. You set your schedule and we will only assign jobs based on your availability.
Over time, as you do a great job, recurring customers will want you back on a set schedule. This will allow you to work with people you already know and that you're comfortable with.
We do NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work. This is a 1099 contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.
We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team. We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail. To be a part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.

Duties:
- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid house cleaning experience is required
- Must speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
