General Laborer – Utility & Civil Construction

Responsibilities
· Support utility infrastructure work, including access roads, temporary matting, site restoration, erosion control, vegetation management, and right-of-way maintenance
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work alongside equipment operators, foremen, and utility crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Construction, landscaping, utility, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to travel during the work week
- Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
- CDL is a plus but not required
These skills are a plus!
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or tractors
- OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, or equipment certifications
Travel: Weekday overnight travel is required with occasional weekend work. All travel expenses and daily per diem are paid.
