What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be an essential part of our clinical team, ensuring every resident receives attentive, individualized care.
You will:
Supervise and support nursing assistants to provide the best resident care
Administer and record medications accurately
Monitor resident health and communicate changes promptly
Complete charting, admissions, and transfers per policy
Foster a safe, positive, and respectful environment for residents and staff
What We’re Looking For

Requirements:
Current LPN license (state requirement)
Ability to work every other weekend
Must meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
Commitment to confidentiality and professional nursing standards
