We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Jewelry Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and an eye for detail. Previous jewelry or retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach
- Help clients select the perfect jewelry pieces by providing personalized recommendations
- Develop strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, watches, and fine jewelry
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle special orders/repairs
- Maintain showroom displays, organization, and cleanliness
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and outstanding service
Qualifications:
- Previous jewelry sales or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and reliable work ethic
- Self-Motivated
- Comfortable learning technology and POS systems
- Must be available to work Saturdays
